You won't believe what my people went and did!!!!!

Life was going great you know then on Tuesday my people went out and came back with this!!!!!

'We're just popping out', they said. 'We won't be long', they said. 'Be a good boy', they said!

There was no talking about it before hand.

No 'Hey Boris, what would you think if we got a little sister for you'

or 'Hey Boris, what do you think about us getting another doggie for you to play with'

None of that stuff! they just went out and did it. Now they expect me to like her. Huh!

She keeps trying to bite my tail and follows me around, a dog needs some alone time you know!

She is kinda sweet though, her name is Maggie and I expect I will get to like her some.......one day, if she stops trying to bite my waggly tail.

Mum says there is another side to this story and you can check her version of it on her blog, but let me tell you, I am Boris the dog and I should have been consulted first.

Boris you will love your little sister and have lots of fun together, you were a little pup once and I bet you got up to lots of mischief :-)

I'm a handsome fellow, aren't I?

It must be true cos my people say it all the time. My people are the Bossman and Mum. The Bossman isn't too well, something neurological thingy going on with him and he doesn't walk too well these days. He still can get around though using his walker so that means I still get to go outside with him. No long walks though like we used to have but that's OK, I run around while he sits on his walker thingy. Mum is the one who looks after me and the Bossman but she has a new love in her life too. Her knitting thingamejig. It's big and sits on a desk upstairs in the spare room and she swears at it sometimes when things don't go right but she gets really happy when they do so I guess it's a keeper. So this is my blog, hope you like it.

Bossman and Mum got me a little sister, Maggie, so now Mum has been writing on my blog about her. I call her White Lightening cos that's what she's like sometimes. She is really quite sweet but can be a bit of a stinker sometimes. But, I can remember when I was just a puppy dog, I was a bit of a stinker too. Good thing Mum and Bossman rescued me from the pound when I was just 8 months old.
