The blog of Boris the dog

My Mum has made this blog just for me. She is a bit of a copy cat because she kinda stole the idea from the blog of my new friend Shiva who is a cat. Shiva is a Calico cat, I think, looking at her photos and as cats go is pretty cool.

Our Mums have something in common, their significant others are or were ill. Shiva lost her Pops in January. That was very sad and I send her and her Mums a virtual hug. Um...I think Shiva is a girl cos she calls herself beautiful, have to check that one out.

Anyway, I told Shiva my people call me handsome and I would post a picture so here goes.

I think I am going to enjoy having my own blog and I know my Mum will. She told me a long time ago that she wanted to write a children's book about my adventures. That was when I used to run off a lot and get into mischief and trouble. I am much better now...........most of the time!

I'm a handsome fellow, aren't I?

It must be true cos my people say it all the time. My people are the Bossman and Mum. The Bossman isn't too well, something neurological thingy going on with him and he doesn't walk too well these days. He still can get around though using his walker so that means I still get to go outside with him. No long walks though like we used to have but that's OK, I run around while he sits on his walker thingy. Mum is the one who looks after me and the Bossman but she has a new love in her life too. Her knitting thingamejig. It's big and sits on a desk upstairs in the spare room and she swears at it sometimes when things don't go right but she gets really happy when they do so I guess it's a keeper. So this is my blog, hope you like it.

Bossman and Mum got me a little sister, Maggie, so now Mum has been writing on my blog about her. I call her White Lightening cos that's what she's like sometimes. She is really quite sweet but can be a bit of a stinker sometimes. But, I can remember when I was just a puppy dog, I was a bit of a stinker too. Good thing Mum and Bossman rescued me from the pound when I was just 8 months old.
