The Bossman and Mum cleaned out the van yesterday

My people gave the van a good cleaning yesterday and I have to say it looks much nicer now but will it mean I am not allowed in it? I hope not. They are talking about giving me a bath cos I am stinky, their words not mine, I think I smell just fine. I hate having a bath, hate it, hate it, hate it. There I said it! Sometimes they take me to the vet's place where a lady comes in once a week to do pet bathing and she has a bath thing with a door so I can't get out. Humph! The indignity! Sometimes they do it outside where I have to stand in a baby paddling pool and they hold me on my leash cos they know I'd hi tail it out of there if they didn't. It's too cold for that right now so maybe I will be spared. Paws crossed on that one.

I'm a handsome fellow, aren't I?

It must be true cos my people say it all the time. My people are the Bossman and Mum. The Bossman isn't too well, something neurological thingy going on with him and he doesn't walk too well these days. He still can get around though using his walker so that means I still get to go outside with him. No long walks though like we used to have but that's OK, I run around while he sits on his walker thingy. Mum is the one who looks after me and the Bossman but she has a new love in her life too. Her knitting thingamejig. It's big and sits on a desk upstairs in the spare room and she swears at it sometimes when things don't go right but she gets really happy when they do so I guess it's a keeper. So this is my blog, hope you like it.

Bossman and Mum got me a little sister, Maggie, so now Mum has been writing on my blog about her. I call her White Lightening cos that's what she's like sometimes. She is really quite sweet but can be a bit of a stinker sometimes. But, I can remember when I was just a puppy dog, I was a bit of a stinker too. Good thing Mum and Bossman rescued me from the pound when I was just 8 months old.
