Something's not right

The bossman is still in bed and it's nearly 9 o clock. Well, I can't actually tell the time but my Mum said it is so I know it must be so. My Mum has been up for nearly two hours and she never gets up before him.

OK, just as I was writing this he got up but he is not his usual self. Mum just made him an espresso so hopefully that will get him going a bit and he will take me outside to run around. Not holding out much hope though!

Maybe if I whine enough Mum will take me out.

I'm a handsome fellow, aren't I?

It must be true cos my people say it all the time. My people are the Bossman and Mum. The Bossman isn't too well, something neurological thingy going on with him and he doesn't walk too well these days. He still can get around though using his walker so that means I still get to go outside with him. No long walks though like we used to have but that's OK, I run around while he sits on his walker thingy. Mum is the one who looks after me and the Bossman but she has a new love in her life too. Her knitting thingamejig. It's big and sits on a desk upstairs in the spare room and she swears at it sometimes when things don't go right but she gets really happy when they do so I guess it's a keeper. So this is my blog, hope you like it.

Bossman and Mum got me a little sister, Maggie, so now Mum has been writing on my blog about her. I call her White Lightening cos that's what she's like sometimes. She is really quite sweet but can be a bit of a stinker sometimes. But, I can remember when I was just a puppy dog, I was a bit of a stinker too. Good thing Mum and Bossman rescued me from the pound when I was just 8 months old.
